PSAC News Starting Aikido Beginners are always welcome to join the Monday or
Thursday class at any time. But if you feel more comfortable working with
other beginners, there are Introductory Courses on the following dates: - Dublin Docklands Dojo - Thursday, 8th October 2009 at 7.30 pm for 6 weeks
Thursday, 14th January 2010
Thursday, 7th May 2010
These courses will be specially designed as an
introduction to Aikido. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, preferably
covering the arms and legs. As there is close contact and we work on mats,
special care should be taken to ensure that your feet and hands are clean and
your nails short. Jewellery, watches etc. should not be worn and piercings
should be covered and protected from damage. After completion of the Introductory Course, you can avail
of the "new member discount" on the first eight classes. |
